We accept return requests within 7 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
The seal and label must be intact.
The product should not be damaged, leaked, or opened.
If these conditions are met, your return request will be processed promptly.

Once we receive and inspect your return:
We will notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, bank, etc.)
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Products purchased during clearance sales or promotions

Free samples or complimentary products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a free replacement or full refund.
