Refund and Returns Policy

If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent refund and return policy.

Section 1: 7-Day Return Window
We accept return requests within 7 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The seal and label must be intact.

  • The product should not be damaged, leaked, or opened.

If these conditions are met, your return request will be processed promptly.

Section 2: How to Request a Return or Refund

Please include the following in your message:

  • Order ID

  • Full Name

  • Product Name(s)

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Section 3: Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, bank, etc.)

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Section 4: Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used attar/perfume bottles

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or promotions

  • Customized or gift-wrapped items

  • Free samples or complimentary products

Section 5: Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a free replacement or full refund.

Be sure to include:

  • Clear images of the damaged/wrong product

  • Packaging images

  • Your order number

Section 6: Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to try a different product, you may return the unused item and place a new order once your refund is processed.
